"At some point we have to be understanding" - I do agree with that, but why do I have to be understanding on a Sunday night and not on a Wenesday afternoon when I'm at work

You mean like there support is pants on Sunday or the internet, tv and phone? I really havnt had any experience with BT so i can't really say anything about them although i have heard alot of good stuff about BT and that it offers 8MB broadband for as liitle as £14 a month or so.

Sometimes it is just as important to list companies that we have had bad dealings with so that others can get full information for themselves, and are able to make good decisions based on not only good information about a company but the bad as well.

Some people only have a limited time to use the internet, and so if they are slow during busy periods this is a big problem for them. Average speeds are no good if they rely on the period between 12AM to 6AM to move up the averages.

BT is the best as I have used many suppliers but BT is better than all of them as they provide good connection and customer service.

I second this. They do offer the (one of the best) best connection.
