Best Deal for me
The best deal i've found is utility warehouse, never had any problems, low price, uk customer service centre, even do a free laptop offer.

Free laptop offer is becoming a common offer in most of the internet service provider packages. But the question is how far the package they are offering is good and effective by all means? About the utility warehouse? What about the rates.
