Caps
I'm getting rather sick of ISPs having download caps. Most of my friends in the USA and even certain other parts of Europe have unmetered connections - they're usually faster than most packages available in the UK, and cheaper too.

I can understand some issues with connections in the UK - I have cable, my upload speed is terrible, but cable wasn't designed for fast upstream, fair enough. But why are our connections so expensive, and limited?

You are right, but I think that the US is much differnet because their info structure is more advanced than that in the UK since they started using the internet (telnet) as a form of communications between the military and colleges around the country.
