Redten Internet

Hi, does anyone have any info on redten. I had my broadband with them last year and paid for 3 years broadband upfront, last month it stopped with a message from bt wholesale saying they had cuttof redten for not paying there bill. they also offered a mac code for a limited time, which i took due to the fact that redten could not be contacted. i am now with sky paying a monthly payment. DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY INFO ON REDTEN OR KNOW WHAT IS HAPPENING. PS. ALSO MY FREE PC !!!!!!, HAS A BLOWN CPU.
