I`ve spent the last week emailing BT about my very slow file uploads (minimum=0.4Kbps - maximum 6.4Kbps), and page loading speeds which only started 8 days ago. (Page timeouts and unobtainable were not uncommon).
After following all their instructions and running numerous speed tests @
Test Result, I received a final email yesterday as much as telling me the case was closed but if I wanted I could reopen it within the next 7 days.
I finally decided to cancel both my so called BT Broadband and telephone service and seek another provider as BT`s service was so poor.
I advise anyone thinking of switching to BT to research all the forums very carefully before throwing good money away.
