Apart from general slowness problems.
I had trouble with premium rate techical calls - £10 for
25 mins of unhelpful scrip from a guy in India.
Incorrect bills.
harrassment from debt collection agencies, when I refused to pay the
incorrect bill.
3 months of hell from this company.
I've had 3 months of hell from Toucan, and still they
are pursuing me for an incorrect bill.
