Support Lines In India
anyone else run into the scenario, you are having problems you have to sit on hold to speak to someone in India that can't understand you?? , Things they do to save costs!

Oddly my work has an Indian support line that I have used quite frequently. They are comprehendable, knowledgeable and all round a pleasure to work with. The difference between them and the customer helplines is night and day.
