What about the home videos that are on web sites like youtube ? you would not get them on TV any way and I don't think that are TV channel will let you get a way with not watching the adds .

Ads are only one way to pay for programming. You also have pay per view (which will be really viable with micropayments systems like e gold), subscriptions, product placement and sponsorship.

Hi guys,At the recent survey of the broadband speed across the globe.Uk stands at 20th position and at the average speed of around 4Mbps.Whereas,japan tops the list at the average speed of 60Mbps.

UK's broadband provider is lagging behind the latest development and their service.The broadband providers should improve the infrastructure and focus on the fibre optics.

As this topic suggests,uk broadband is too slow and it is somewhat expensive than other countries.So the govt should take some necessary steps to improve the situation.We are looking forward for the digital britain.
