Problem in Wiltshire

My friend who lives in Wiltshire has a complain about poor broadband quality (they are on exchange Maiden Bradley - SSMAI). They ony get broadband form early morning till late morning . This started happening 6 weeks back , they used to get line drops but they could bear with it .
A Openreach engineer visit yesterday , he said that the line length of 8.2km was the reason of there problem . Samknows told us that we are 5.7 km for the exchange .

why is the service only in the morning ?
It was working 6 weeks ago so how has this happened ?

Bt broadband is there but not sure of Max or not .

I find that it seems to be more than what they are saying due to the fact that it only happens in the morning and not any other time of the day. I would not for one second believe what they are telling me. I would demand that if the service is not taken care of that you will switch carriers and see what happens.

Well, ask around, see if anyone else has the same problem, if not then deff. ring them up and have a bit of a rant!
