LLU Prison!!

I have just come off the phone to an Opal Business salesman and I am mad as an i-don't-know-what!

For 30 minutes I've gone through the benefits and, to be fair, the savings of switching my service away from Tiscali and then while the 'supervisor' (must have been fast-tracked from nursery as he sounded about 13!!) is droning though his speil he suddenly pipes up and says he can't transfer my service to Opal because I am on Tiscali's LLU network.

He couldn't explain it, I can't understand it. Has anyone come across this nonsense before? He said I couldn't move to any other supplier. Am I trapped?
