Poor customer service followed by over billing, followed by a failure to refund, followed by more poor customer service and an inability to follow up on their own internal processes.

Pipex have been the worst company I have ever dealt with - I would never recommend them to anyone!

I think you can not be Pipex home broadband customer as it ceased to offer home broadband deals. Pipex now offers business broadband deals. Are you referring to service quality of Pipex business broadband packages
