The problem I have is the ASDL green light is constantly flashing after something like 20 faults on the line they still haven't fixed it!!!
I have logged all my calls and have put it in writing to Rotherham for reimbursement and compensation for not providing a service we are paying for.
Any help in getting this problem resolved would be greatly appreciated.
I am suffering with a similar problem, although not for as long as you. I have been told that after 30 days without the service you can ask to leave 'free of charge' so no further charges to the end of the contract
do agree that we can't tarnish all Orange cutomer care support staff with the same brush, I have had a few (not many!) decent staff who have dealt with my problem efficiently and effectively.
