Does Kingston have broadband outside the Hull region? Weren't they one of the first ISPs to go unmetered?
Any way for those of you who can only use Kingston, there may be moves to loosen up this monopoly:

Kingston have broadband in Hull and the adjoining built up areas.Yes they was one of the first ISPs to go unmetered internet access in Hull.
