3 will help you be online when you are on the move
We are looking at speeds of up to 2.8Mbps for as little as £10 a month. This is take some time as they have to update there system . There are other companies looking to providing the same service .

Personally I would never trust 3, they have always over promised and underdelivered in mobiles. I would expect it to be no different with broadband.

They may well do that, and good luck on doing that. However I would never sign up to version 1.0 of that. In fact signing up to version 1.0 of anything should only be done if you have a very good reason.

We already have that, and have done for some time, it was just the cost of it put it beyond most people.

Three have some good value deals, and are on the whole pretty reliable but do have absmial Indian "Customer Service" which is where a lot of people's issues with the network come from.

I suppose that may be the source of the problems. I have no real knowledge about the reliability, but I suppose the all I have heard about them is the customer service.

I've been a Three customer pretty much since they started and the only issues I've ever had have been to do with their customer services departments, not just the indian ones when they still had UK based ones they werent great either.

Saying that a common bug bear with mobile phone companies is the quality of their customer service.

The mobile broadband technology isnt rolled out across the whole country yet though or at least the fast stuff isnt, although 3G is normally fast enough for most browsing but not for much else.

I'm a reluctant mobile phone user and do not use internet packages. Is there any 3G operator where there is good, or at least passable customer service?

Trouble is you rarely hear about how good customer service is, only how bad it is. I know that O2 and Orange customer service is meant to be as bad as Three's but that's from what I read.

Its like broadband though, you rarely need the customer service so personally I'm not that worried if its bad as long as they can eventually get things right.
