| 3 Broadband Connection Problems have had 3 mobile broadband and phone for over a year and, although there have been problems in the past, I was happy enough with the service to renew my contract. However, since extending my contact the broadband is constantly dropping out even though the 3 Connect panel shows that I am still connected. This results in a disconnection to any messaging services and web pages to freeze. I have noticed that my 3 mobile phone keeps cutting out whilst at home as well and this also worked OK up until 2 weeks ago. I remember seeing a communication from 3 saying that some work was being carried out on the network around 3 weeks ago.
Could this be the cause of my problems? Has anyone else experienced this issue?
I have spoken to 3 helpdesk and followed all of there instuctions to no avail......
Although I have got a new contract am I legally bound to it as the service I receive now is not the same as I received beforehand?
If anyone can help or advise it would be most appreciated.
