new ISP: Valutel

Since moving to Valutel the level of service has been fantastic. I cannot remember how long its been since I was as satisfied with the customer support from my Broadband supplier. Right from the start the router configuration was applied easily and arrived in the post as stated. When I encountered some installation issues a quick call to a UK support centre fixed the problem straight away. Up and
download speeds have impressed and I cannot recommend Valutel highly enough. My faith in the telecoms industry has been renewed and I will not be going back to B.T. Keep up the good work guys.
