I know about ADSL modem then what are Broadband ADSL2 and ADSL2+ modems?

ADSL2 and ADSL2+ are two technologies. They provide the maximum downloading speeds of 12mbps and 24mbps respectively.But these are not widerspread in UK.

I hope these technologies will be widerspread everywhere in UK so soon since there is a competition among the ISPs.
