Some setting changed.
My brother by mistake changed some setting of my router which I am not able to figure out. How can I bring my router to factory setting. I have a netgear wireless router.

There should be a reset button on the back, mine is in a little hole next the power plug. Give that a push, think is a push and hold for a bit but use Google and find out and that should reset it back to factory settings.

Check the site of your brand and there is a small hole where you have to insert a pin or a proper button will be given and then your modem will be reset to default settings.

Log onto your default router, your IP will be able to supply you with the web address of this if you have forgotten it.Log on then in the firmware update section there should be a reset button.Or somewhere on the bottom link of the navigation. If not press and hold the reset button on the back of your router. This brings everything to default settings then reconfigure it from there.
