Error messages
When you get an error message that is not specific how can you tell what you need to do. Would you just take it back where you bought it, check with your service provider for help or what exactly would you do?

The best way to go is to try to troubleshoot the error some. Sometimes, the error messages are caused merely by wrong connections and stuff. Better ask for help either with the service provider or the router/modem's manufacturer. If all else fails, it's time to head for the store.

You can always find a solution for error messages online on microsoft support sites and results there are always updated and are much better then offline support.

You can also search from the error code by taking that in your mind.

Firstly check the troubleshoot database and troubleshoot the problem as stated above by other members. If this does not work specifiy the problem to your Internet Service Providor. Finally if they can't help i would take this back to the service you bought this product from.
