Wireless Speed

I have a Nergear wireless modem router with 4 ports and my house mate using my wireless alot on his laptop which when i play my Xbox360 which is wired (my pc and PlayStation) but iam lagging so much because my housmate is using all the bandwidth using skype and msn messenger

I was wondering if there is a wireless modem router with 4ports which i can adjust the speed on the wireless front allowing me to play my Xbox360 without the lag
