I want to know that safe mode of windows is safe in what respect as I'll start using this mode if window is safe in this mode as I don't need any songs and extra applications.

"Safe mode" is designed to be a user usable way to start up a PC. Its purely designed to help you fix something if its gone wrong, like a badly installed driver.

What it normally does is load as few drivers as possible, and tries to use default drivers as much as possible, IE Using the basic VGA driver instead of your wizzy graphics card driver.

DO NOT use this for general computer use, if you find you are having to you may need to reinstall windows.

Safe mode is used to uninstall some faulty system program like drivers in safe mode only the most essential and default drivers are loaded and then to get the maximum performance you have to shift to normal mode.

Yes, don't get into the habit of booting your computer in the safe mode. It's just to let you fix a system critical problem that interferes with normal functioning of windows. After troubleshooting the problem , you can start windows in the standard mode.If you can't rectify the problem ,then it is wiser to reinstall windows than continuing to boot in the safe mode cause the problem will still persist and can do more damage to your computer.
