Trace mails of my employees.

I want to trace the mails of my employees. I have a ISA server and I suspect they are getting mails from outside which is not allowed. Can I also check what data they are receiving.

You cannot legally read their email. However you can check your mail server logs to see what outside addresses are coming in and to whom they are going to. Then take proper action from there, but you cannot read their mail.

You'll have to make your own software for this as no software in market today will allow you this as its illegal.
