Update problem.

I am not able to update my norton anti-virus. And every time i manually update it, it gives the message no active internet connection found. But my internet connection is perfectly OK and is working fine.

Have you check the information from norton's web site. I think that they are the best bet to help you solve this problem to your liking.

Alao check the connection setting in norton. It must ne using some proxies. Set them to appropriate values.
