Yes,I too tried opening their website yesterday and today without any success.Probably they couldn't handle the traffic they were receiving.

For any online business credibility is important for customers/members to trust them and sites that provide services like backing up data sure can't become popular without establishing credibility first.

However, its quite unsecure as you don't know if this services has good uptime or if it can easily get hacked.Someone could easily get unauthorized access.Best bet is to back up your documents etc on a large memory stick like 2gb.
