Screen lock.
I want some application that can lock my screen as I can't logout and don't want anyone else to use my computer when I am off.

Windows will do that for you, either hit Windows key and L, or turn on your screen saver (anyone will do) and require password the screen saver is deactivated.

You will of course need a password to do this.

Its not advisable to use the applications for the purpose that windows can actually solve so try using logout or sleep with a screen lock on windows.

I too think that I would rather put it in sleep mode requiring a password to get access. It has worked very well for me.

Use windows services instead of searching or a third party solution everytime.

To lock the system in your absence is very easy as all you do is to activate a screen saver and put a password on it or put a password on you user name as a administrator.

I know this isn't totally what your on about. However, a good thing is to set an password affixed to your user.Visit your control panel on the start menu, then visit users accounts and tell all users to affix passwords to their accounts. Its just an extra security measure.
