Cable connection or broadband.
I want to know which one is more secure a direct lan cable connection or a broadband connection through a phone line? Please help.

cable connections are highly unsecure and go for adsl 2+ if you want some security. In broadband you can always detect a split but not incable connection.

You can use any as in both data can be traced only by the ISP and not by the ebd-users in any case as ISP use router and not the hubs in cable connections.

Both are equally secure and insecure as in both case data can be intercepted and network can be hacked.
