I'm actually surprised when you first said that China was decreasing their censorship, especially with how overly censored their media is to begin with.

But i've been worried for a long time that American ISPs will cut the cord on our "mostly" free ability to peruse the internet.

use some proxies to access or some multi-proxy tools...google for those s/w there are plenty of it
