Question on traffic shaping

Many ISPs in recent times practise traffic shaping that reduces your speeds during peak hours. They also use the method of port blocking to prevent you to access P2P sits and gaming sites. We can include Pipex, Virgin in this list.

Have you ever felt your speeds were managed? What is your experience with your ISP?

I feel my speeds are managed as they are faster in the day time off peak hours and slower during peak hours.It should just be generally fast all the time.Its also constantly alternating.I'm glad my ISP don't block me using sites though.
