Laptop with wireless router

I will appreciate if you help me to choose a laptop with the best specs. I am going to use it mainly for internet access as well as do a bit of work with MSOFFICE.

Do laptops come wireless modems or we have to buy and install them?

I would recommend to you pal the Sony Vaio VGN-AR11S, this a highly rated and popular laptop.State of the art blu-ray laptop with 1080p display.Im sorry to tell you but wireless routers have to be bought and installed by yourself.If not you could get a computer technician to help you set it up.
