Yahoo is trying to catch up with google by buying a web marketing firm

Do you think this will work ? there is a huge gap that is between yahoo and google and yahoo is trying to fill that by buying a web marketing firm .
BlueLithium, provides technology enabling websites to better match adverts with users' interests, for $300 million (£149.4 million).

Congradulations to Yahoo trying to close this gap on Google, however, i don't feel they will make it.Google is such a big and well established company i think it will take more than this for this gap to be immensly closed.
