Any difference?
Is there any difference between bandwidth and download/upload speed?

Kind of, the terms are for most people interchangable, however upload/download speed tends to measure how fast a line is capable of transmitting.

IE

My line with transfer 8MBit down and 256KBit up.

Thats a measurement of speed

Bandwidth on the other hand tends to be a measurement of data transferred over time.

IE Last month I used 35GB of bandwidth

Which means last month I uploaded/downloaded 35GB of data.

The difference is speed refers to just that, how fast a file transfers from one point to another. While bandthwidth is the amount of data that flows from one point to another.

Their is lot of difference between the two as the first difference is of the speed offered by the broadband connection and second one is the connectivity.
