How many of you pay for lad line rentals and don't use the land line

There are a few people that I know that have a landline for there broadband and do not use the landline and they have to pay of the rental , which is adding to there broadband cost . Are you one of them ? How can we cut on the cost of rental ?

Well if you internet connection goes through your phone line (landline) then you are using what you are paying for.

But in some areas you can pay for the data portion of the landline only which is often less, you would need to talk to your phone service provider to find out if that option is available to you.

Some companies are providing free land line connections along with the broadband connections and also offers some free talk time to ensure its use.

Yes i need help im been paying line rental however, in the offer it states subject to availability.We have just had an exchange installed in our local village and its still not free.Whats the best way to complain i feel telephoning and emails are defective and often ignored.Mail is never replied to.I just don't know how to win.
