Why do you surf the internet?

A new report from MTV and Microsoft says most of the surfers of 16-24 years age group think PCs are indispensable part of their lives. More than three-fourths of this age group go online almost daily and spend more than 34 hours in internet surfing per week.

While just one-fifth of surfers use internet for dating or courtship, majority of them seem to use it for keeping in touch with their beloved ones, entertainment and other communciation needs.

It's fine that internet is not misused by youth as it is supposed to be.

It is not clear how these statistical survey has been taken or whether the sample used for the survey shows the facts regarding the interest of the young surfers or the amount time spent online.

I surf the net for the purpose of posting in the forums. I have registered my name in more than 100 forums and worked for more than 7 hours daily.

I basically spend about 15 hours a week on the computer i mean its quiter a cool thing to be on.I mainly like posting on forums, gaming, communicating with friends and hunting out new sites that look fascinating.
