Satelite Broadband
Satelite Broadband may be the only way to get broadband if you live in a place where there is no local telephone exchange or is not ADSL enabled .
You will need a Satelite dish , cause it is not as widely used as other broadband it is more expensive one more problem is that in bad weather conditions the speed will be poor

Well if you already have sky television with the massive satelite dish outside your house then this will be okay for sky broadband.Your right though if no exchange or ADSL is enabled near you this is the only option. If anyone falls into this catergory please reply would be intresting to discuss?

Satellite broadband has remote chances of replacing any other broadband technology. It is much more expensive, so to speak and also has high latency meaning it is not suitable for applications like online gaming which requires faster response time.

I hope network providers of UK will reach even remotest place in UK in near future, and one day, there will be no place in UK that is not connected by ADSL or cable.
