I think that this is because the Internet is still dominated by English (or American). I would suspect that for people who do not speak English that there is often a lack of niche sites - or at least sites of depth in those niches.

I 100% agree with you there these are the 2 factors which annoy me most.Getting very slow speeds which i do at the moment and i get scammed for money for what i get.Its disgusting, you can't really do much as customer support is rubbish.If you want a result legal action is the way to go.
