Sometimes it isn't the ISPs fault :)
There is an intermittent problem with my connection - the engineer came out to check it, and thinks it might be a problem with the cable.

He wanted to check the cupboard where the wiring on my floor connects to a central hub, but he can't - the engineers aren't allowed a key, and the council have lost theirs!

They need to get someone to change the lock, and it won't be for a few days. So I'm stuck with this connection issue until the council get the key sorted, and then another engineer can be booked to come out.

That the problem when your company is not organized . The comand from the top has to be good for any company to work fully well . To wait for a few days cause of a key must hurt

Yeah your right if the Management or Directors of a certain department are not very good this affects the overall running of the company.As all lower staff will not do their job effectively from rubbish instructions, training and organisation from higher staff.
