This does sound like a good quality service.However, i backup all my precious files on a large memory stick as im just worried with these services that they might collapse and then what would happen to my files im just all too concerned you may say.

Backup service will be useful for those who wish to store large amounts of information. I don't think that data will be lost or unsafe. Memory sticks have to be kept in safe place and you need to take care when you use them. There are chances that the data can get corrupted due to wrong use.
