BT broadband offers free 24/7 customer support from April

Good news for those who complain over customer support calls as BT has announced free 24/7 customer support for their customers. Now, BT broadband customers can use 0800 numbers to make free calls to BT help desk from 1st April.

This will help BT customers to reduce certain amount of cost that used to fall on customers. Other ISPs who make a lot of money with their help desk should also offer free customer support. As for premium cusotmer support, sometimes it is helpful especially when you want your complaints to be heard promptly.
