PlusNet offers one month contract option but you need to pay for setup cost. So, it is not a special feature, in my opinion. Otherwise you have to tie up to 12 month contract. All ISPs do the same thing.

But BT broadband service promises that about 93 percent of the population could be served high-speed broadband connections. In order to keep up that promise new technologies could be engaged to upgrade existing phone cables.
