I always admired the way BT brings various useful features into its cheap packages like free VoIP calls, free Wifi minutes etc.

BT's call centres are outside the UK and hence the telephone support may not be as good as ISPs like UK Online whose custome support is local based.

In my opinion, the call centres are in no way connected with service quality. It is the infrastructure and innovative products of the ISP that matter most to get better customer satisfaction.

We should nevertheless give credit to ISPs who provide UK based customer support. Happy news is BT has call centres in India and only a few BT customers expressed dissatisfaction over customer support.
