Very disappointed from BT Broadband

When I start with Bt Broadband and I decided pack 3 they sound great but after 2 months the nightmare start with the Funny Box that called Home hub, it keeps flashing and disconnecting you, then when you call for help you will wait hours just listening to Beethoven, and '' choose one of the following options'' < got sick of that.
After 3 months they decided that the funny box should be changed and sent me a new one, you think that makes any changes???
Don’t be optimistic, the same Broadband flashing with no service.
We pay money to have broadband service and not broadband flash light ....
Am I right??

Sorry to hear that your having problems with your internet providor why not try switching.However, sometimes you just can't be bothered as its such a massive tasks and its highly time consuming.If you can try and complain and sort it out with them this will be the best way.

Yeah too bad. But I heard that BT is giving good start up deals to the new customers.I know about the triple package too.

Do you have any idea from top 10 on which number BT is? I want the complete list of companies from 1 to 10. So want to know on what number BT is? It will be useful for others as well.

Hi shyam! .........................I dont know where the Bt broadband stands,but now virgin is topping the list.but from my observation,go for the near broadband provider.Bcoz speed may vary depending on their location.So its better to opt the nearest broadband service provider.
