Getting money off
I found this tip on the Money Saving Expert board:

Apparantly if you ask for your MAC number they will transfer you to someone whose job is to keep you through sweetners and discounts.

Haha i actually bet this is 100% true.When i tried cancelling sky i got put through to these jolly operators whose job it was to tempt me to stay they offered loads of good deals they was all fairly rubbish so i just cancelled.However, i got some tempting deals through the post and returned.
