basic costs for this service

I have very little experience with this provider and would be very interested in knowing their prices. I have had a lot of friends with the service but where unhappy and I just would like to know.

I pay £14.99 a month for my internet, and even with BIIIIG downloading, i dont go over, and i think i have 7.6mb connection. I dont know exactly what the small print is, but i have NEVER had a problem, so im sticking with BT until they screw up.
Simple - BT unlike other providers: Simple deals|no stupid offers|reliable.
Im happy.
