What's a matallic error
Have you been told by BT that you have a "metallic error" on your line ?
I test run was done with my ISP (Zen) and they said that there is a metallic error , what is this ?

I think it might be an earth fault nearby to your house.

What did your ISP say could be done about it?

I have not contacted my ISP as yet but will do soon , with so much of work it very difficut to get free time and if you use up all your time in running after these people then you will not have time to make a living

Amen to that my friend, I was on a call th eother day and it took over 90 minutes of my time, only for the provider to say that would have to call me back!

I suspect that their must be a earth fault and i think you should report the matter to governing body and discuss the problem with him.....i am sure he will guide you inj a btetter way!!!!
