Mis Selling of Contracts using Speciall Offers

Please check wilth BT how long you have on your contract for broadband. I think you will be surprised. They offer you all sorts of sweeties such as change your plan ang get a discount. They do not tel you that by doing so yout contract gets extended everytime. They will also tell you that you keep using up your allowance and ask you to take a higher costing choice with more allowance (forgetting to tell you that againg your contract will get 18 months added to it) Again I suggest you ask an independant supplier about how much allowance you use. I found that I only use half of mine wich is a lot less than the cheapest version they offer eventhough they made me change.... The question I ask is,'' Does BT have a reward system for its sales staff and is it well known within its walls that mis selling is rife?
