BT Broadband connection problems
We have had bt broadband since february and apart from it being half the speed they said it would be (no surprises there) it seems to go through phases of dropping out. My computer is farthest from the hub (top floor of three-floor house, with hub being on ground floor) but it regularly has 4 bars and connects with a good connection. Even if you are in the same room as the hub it will often just not connect and you will have to restart it several times to get anywhere.

Is this a standard thing with BT? Would a new homehub 2 work better, and if so is there any way of me getting a new one when the 1 year contract is up. I would consider moving to another provider in feb but we may only be in this house for 6 months.

Thanks

Oh really pity though.. I heard the latest BT hub in the market comes with the N technology in it.That is with this technology you will be able to get great wireless range and a better connection throughout your home. Give it a try..
