I am really vexed with the fluctuations in the speed that I get. Sometimes during the day I get higher speeds while other times I don't get even half of that. I complained it to my ISP. They say I am 2.5 kms from the exchange. Although it is not too far, still I don't get the desired speed while my neighbour get more than twice my speed. I checked the line and also made sure that nothing is wrong within my home. Any suggestion?
