Contention Ratio.
Is there some way to know the contention ratio of your line as I am getting very low speed and acording to me its due to contention ratio.

Contention ratio is the number of users sharing a connection. You will need to make this as low as possible to improve your computers performance and speed. Try download a free speed checker that monitors your Ratio aswell so you can amend this.
