I would recommend cisco as they provide good firewalls in there routers and also have a good cusstomer service and their modems are really reliable.

I have used nomus modems and they provide a good service and from the last one year of using the product, i have faced no problems and are working well

I would recommend using the SpeedTouch 330 USB modem.This is really good and effective for connections ranging up to 8mbs so its very reliable.I have had no problems with this device and i really like it and how great its being over the years.
