Help me to find cheap broadband

Hi, I really got fed up with the idea of sticking to 12 month or 18 month contract. A few times I stepped into the nearby internet pub for a few hours browsing but I found it is a bit expensive. To me, both options are expensive.

Finally I decided to find out the best PAYG which may suit my budget. Anyone knows the provider who offers PAYG?

Tiscali offer you a Pay as you go service.This is where you dialup to the internet and it costs about 1-2p per minute on the internet.This is great if you just use it 30 mins now and again.
